Judy Martillaro is the founder of Martillaro Tax & Consulting, a boutique tax and advisory firm focused on individual, trust, and estate tax planning and compliance. With more than 35 years of leadership experience, Judy provides strategic, hands-on guidance as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and closely held entities.

She previously served as the managing partner of Martillaro Raub & Associates for over two decades, where she led the firm and specialized in individual, trust, business, and estate tax services. Judy established Martillaro Tax & Consulting to deliver a more personalized, boutique client experience.

Judy began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, spending three years in audit and ten years in tax. At PwC, she led large compliance and outsourcing engagements, served as the national leader for multi-state income tax compliance, and developed national training programs.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University, Chico, graduating suma cum laude. Judy is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Colorado Society of CPAs.

Originally from Carson City, Nevada, Judy lives in Arvada with her husband. She is the mother of three and grandmother of two, and enjoys fly fishing, cooking, and traveling outside of tax season.
